Positive: Lovely hotel with friendly and attentive staff, comfortable rooms and a great breakfast.
Negative: The description of a room with a view was a bit creative since, yes, you could see the cathedral if you leaned around a corner and looked hard right.

Positive: Our stay at the Hilton Cologne was overall a positive one. The location is excellent—just minutes away from the train station, the Cologne Cathedral, and several Christmas markets. The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds, and the housekeeping service is exceptionally thorough, ensuring a very clean environment throughout our stay.
Negative: Several aspects could have been improved. The reception staff were not very helpful and welcoming. Moreover, the breakfast lacked variety and richer options, and the restaurant does not serve food after 10 p.m., which is quite limiting for travelers. In addition, the overall facilities would benefit from better maintenance, as expected for a five-star hotel (the absence of a coffee espresso machine in the room was surprising, as a simple example). Given these factors, the hotel does not live up to a true five-star standard, and the price is very high compared to the quality and range of services provided.

Positive: The location is very convenient, close to the central train station and all the attractions. Breakfast has a good variety to choose from with a live cooking station for omelette and fried eggs.
